If you see a device logged into your ADAMftd account that you do not recognize, follow these steps to secure your account.
1. Log Out of the Unrecognized Device:
Navigate to the "DEVICE MANAGER" tab in your Account Settings.
Locate the unrecognized device in the list.
Click on the three dots (ellipsis) icon under the "Action" column next to the device.
Select "Log out" from the dropdown menu to immediately log out the device.
2. Change Your Password:
Go to the "PASSWORD" tab in your Account Settings.
Enter your current password, then create a new strong password that includes a mixture of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
Confirm the new password and click "CHANGE PASSWORD" to update it.
3. Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA):
If you haven't already, enable Two-Factor Authentication for an additional layer of security. Follow the instructions in the "SECURITY" or "ACCOUNT SETTINGS" section to set up 2FA.
4. Review Account Activity:
Check your account activity for any unusual or unauthorized actions. Take note of any changes you did not make and report them to ADAMftd support.
5. Contact ADAMftd Support:
If you continue to see unrecognized devices or suspect your account has been compromised, contact ADAMftd support immediately at [email protected].
By following these steps, you can secure your ADAMftd account and prevent unauthorized access from unrecognized devices.
